Sales Performance Reporting
OUR STORY
In my role, I effectively leveraged SAP's integrated reporting tools, including SAP Business Warehouse (BW) and SAP Crystal Reports, to facilitate data extraction from the ERP system.
This process allowed me to gather crucial sales-related data, encompassing transaction volumes, product sales, and customer demographics.
By generating custom reports tailored to pre-defined parameters such as time, product categories, and regions, I was able to compile a comprehensive overview of sales performance across the company.
These insights not only enhanced our understanding of market trends but also informed strategic decision-making.

Basic Statistical Analysis
Using SAP ERP's built-in ABAP (Advanced Business Application Programming) functions, I conducted basic statistical analysis on the sales data. By calculating averages, standard deviations, and identifying trends, I was able to assess how sales fluctuated over various periods.
Additionally, I utilized SAP Business Objects Web Intelligence for straightforward data aggregation, allowing me to generate summary statistics. This included determining total sales figures, calculating the average order value, and analyzing the sales growth rate over time. These analyses provided valuable information that aided in understanding the sales dynamics and guiding strategic decisions.
